Where do we work?

We work with businesses across Houston. We meet in person across northwest Houston, and by video call anywhere else. There is no storefront to visit.

In person covers Cypress, Jersey Village, Tomball, Spring, Klein, Champions, Copperfield, Magnolia, Hockley and Waller, plus the FM 1960 area.

Do you meet in person in Houston or by video?

Both. We meet in person across northwest Houston, and by video call anywhere else. Much of the building and support happens remotely, which keeps things quick and fits around your hours.

Who will I actually be working with?

One senior consultant: the same person who plans the work is the person who builds it and supports it afterward. There is no hand-off to a sales rep or a junior team.

Do you only work with med spas, salons and health practices?

No. Those are our focus in Houston because appointment-based businesses share the same problems: missed calls, no-shows and follow-up. We also work with other established businesses, from professional services to trades, manufacturing and logistics.

Do I have to change the software I already use?
