Refunds and Cancellations

Plain terms for how payment, refunds, and cancellations work. Every engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which sets the specific terms and takes precedence over this page.
The website and free tools are free
Browsing Ikaevo, using the readiness scorecard, ROI calculator, use-case finder, and recommendation tool, and downloading a guide all cost nothing. There is nothing to refund for using the site.
Paid work is set by your agreement
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, fixed price, payment schedule, and the cancellation and refund terms for that specific work. Where this page and your agreement differ, your agreement controls. The terms below are our standard approach and what you can expect before we put anything in writing.
Fixed-price projects
Project packages, such as the Readiness Assessment, Strategy and Roadmap, Pilot, and Implementation, are quoted at a fixed price after scoping and are usually billed in milestones. If you cancel partway through, you pay for the work completed and any costs already committed up to that point, and you keep every deliverable produced so far. We do not charge for work not yet done. Because these are custom professional services built for your business, completed and accepted work is not refundable, but if something falls short of what we agreed, tell us and we will make it right.
Monthly Support
Monthly AI Support is a recurring service billed each month in advance. There is no long lock-in. You can cancel at any time with at least a few days notice before your next billing date, and you will not be billed again after that. Cancelling stops future charges, it does not refund a month already started, and you keep everything delivered during the months you paid for. We will always confirm a cancellation in writing, and we do not use auto-renewal traps or make you jump through hoops to stop.
How payments are handled
When online payment is available, invoices are paid securely through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Any card or bank fees a refund incurs are handled as set out in your agreement.
How to cancel or ask about a refund
Just email us at info@ikaevo.ai or reach us through the contact form. Tell us what you need and we will respond promptly, usually within one to two business days. If you are an existing client, you can also message us directly in your client portal.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The current version always lives here, with the date above. Changes do not alter the terms of an agreement already signed.
