This website is operated by Ikaevo LLC (“Ikaevo, ” “we,” “us,” “our”). These terms cover your use of this website. They're written in plain language and kept deliberately short. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who this is for

This site is intended for businesses and for adults. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Information only

The content on this site, including package descriptions, prices, and timelines, is for general information. Prices are realistic ranges, not binding quotes, and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer, a promise of results, or a contract.

Free tools

Our free tools, including the readiness scorecard, ROI calculator, use-case finder, and recommendation tool, give general estimates and suggestions based on the inputs you provide. They are for guidance only, not professional, financial, or legal advice, and shouldn't be the sole basis for a business decision. Real numbers and scope come from a proper engagement.

Engagements

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, fixed price, and terms. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this site. How payment, refunds, and cancellations work is set out in our Refunds and Cancellations policy and, for paid work, in your agreement.

AI and its limits

AI systems, including the ones we build and the estimates our free tools produce, can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. They are aids to a decision, not a substitute for your own judgement, and their output should be reviewed by a person before you rely on it. We do not promise any specific result, accuracy level, or business outcome from AI. What we commit to for paid work is set out in your engagement agreement.

Client portal and payments

If we work together, you may get access to a private client portal to follow your project and see your deliverables, agreements, and invoices, and to message us. The portal is for existing clients and its use is governed by your engagement agreement. Keep your login private and tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised. When you pay an invoice online, your card or bank payment is handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, submit false information or someone else's details, or use it to send spam or do anything illegal. We may limit or block access to protect the site and our other visitors.

Your responsibility

If your misuse of this site, or your breach of these terms, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.

Intellectual property

The Ikaevoname, brand, and the contents of this site are ours. Deliverables we create for a client become that client's property as set out in the engagement agreement.

Links to other sites

The site links to other places, including our consumer storefront at ikaevo.com. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't control.

Your privacy

How we handle the information you share through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

No warranty

This site and its free tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep things accurate and online, but we don't warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any estimate or suggestion it produces will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ikaevowon't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Any paid work is covered by its own engagement agreement, which sets out the terms for that work.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce part of them right away, we haven't given it up. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about your use of this website. We may transfer them as part of a business sale or reorganisation; your own obligations stay with you unless we agree otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives here, with the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
