Online stores and retailers
Business consulting for retail and e-commerce.
In a growing store the same things eat every day: customer emails about orders and returns, product listings that never get finished, and stock counts nobody quite trusts. We work out which of these costs you the most, then build the systems that fix it and stay on to support them. We meet in person across northwest Houston, and by video call anywhere else.

Where it hurts today
Where do retail and e-commerce businesses lose time and sales?
In the steady stream of small tasks: the same customer questions every day, listings that take too long, stock that is wrong in one channel, and returns handled one email at a time. Each one is small, and together they take the time you need to grow.
The same customer questions all day
Where is my order, can I return this, will it fit. Answering them one by one pulls you away from running the store.
Listings that take too long
New products wait because descriptions, sizing and photos take time, and the catalog gets messier as it grows.
Stock you can't quite trust
When counts drift between your store, your site and marketplaces, you oversell one item and sit on too much of another.
Returns handled one by one
Every return, damaged package and wrong item turns into a long thread of emails.
Customers who buy once
Without a simple follow-up, a happy first order often never becomes a second one.
Not sure which marketing works
Ads, posts and emails all cost money, and it is hard to see which ones actually bring sales.

What we can build
What can a consultant build for a retail or online store?
Systems that handle the daily grind: answers to common customer questions, faster product listings, stock that stays in step, simpler returns, repeat-order follow-up and a plain sales report. We start with what costs you the most and build around the store platform you already use where it allows.
Common questions answered fast
Order, shipping and return questions answered around the clock by an assistant using answers you approve, with anything unusual passed to a person.
Listings done in less time
Product descriptions drafted from your own notes in a consistent style, for a person to review before anything goes live.
Stock that matches everywhere
Counts kept in step across your store, site and marketplaces where they allow it, with a heads-up before an item runs out.
Returns without the email thread
A simple return request form, clear next steps for the customer, and one list your team can work through.
A reason to come back
Friendly follow-up after an order, such as care tips or a reorder reminder, sent for you.
Sales numbers in one place
One plain report of sales, top products and where orders came from, so you can see what is working.
How an engagement works
How does working with us work?
Three steps, in order: Find, Prove, Scale. It starts with a short conversation, and each package has a fixed scope and price agreed in writing before any work starts. You own what we build for you once it is paid for.
1. Find
We look at how orders, questions and returns move through your business and give you a written list of what is costing you the most, in the order to fix it.
2. Prove
We set up one fix, such as answering common questions or faster listings, and measure it on your own numbers for a few weeks. You only go further if it earns it.
3. Scale
What works is rolled out across the business, connected to the tools you already use, and your team is shown how to run it. Monthly Support keeps it working after that.

Common questions
Questions store owners ask us.
How much does it cost to hire a consultant for an online store?
There is no single price, because it depends on the scope. After a short conversation you get a written quote with a fixed scope and price for your store, and nothing starts until you agree to it. Most start small, with a Readiness Assessment or a Pilot Project on one problem, so the first step is a modest one.
Will this work with Shopify, WooCommerce or Square?
Often, yes. Many store platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce and Square, let other tools connect, but not all of them do, and not in the same way. We check what yours allows before promising anything. If it cannot connect, we tell you and suggest the simplest workaround.
Will customers know they are talking to an automated assistant?
Yes, we recommend being open about it. It handles routine questions with answers you approve and hands the conversation to a person whenever a customer asks or the question needs one.
We are a small shop. Is this worth it?
It depends on how much time the daily tasks take today. Some fixes are small; others only make sense once you are busier. The free readiness check gives you an honest read before you spend anything.
Do you only work with Houston stores?
No. We meet in person across northwest Houston, and by video call anywhere else, so online stores anywhere can work with us. Most of the work happens remotely.

A short conversation is enough to see which fix is worth doing first. You get a straight answer from the person who would build it, and a written quote before anything starts.
