Invoicing and payments

Get paid faster without chasing anyone.

Late invoices mean late money, and chasing payments is the job nobody wants. We set up invoices that go out as soon as the work is done, an easy way to pay online, and polite reminders that go out on their own.

What you get

What we set up for you.

  • Invoices out on time

Sent when the job is done or the visit ends, not at the end of the month.

  • Easy to pay

A pay online link in every invoice, by card or bank.

  • Reminders on their own

Polite reminders before and after the due date, so you do not have to chase.

  • See who owes what

One view of every open invoice and how late it is.

Is it a fit

Who this is for.

Not sure which side you are on? Ask, and we will tell you straight.

A good fit

  • Businesses that invoice after the work and wait too long to be paid.
  • Owners who spend evenings writing invoices or chasing payments.

Not the right fit

  • Businesses paid in full at the time of sale.

How it works

Priced to your scope, agreed in writing.

You get a written quote with a fixed price before any work starts. You own everything we build.

  1. 1

We look at how you bill now

When invoices go out, how clients pay, and how much time goes into chasing.

  2. 2

We set up invoices and payment links

Invoices sent when the job ends, each with a pay online link by card or bank.

  3. 3

    Reminders take over the chasing

Polite reminders before and after the due date, and one view of who owes what.

Common questions

Questions owners ask about invoicing and payment collection.

How much does it cost?

It is priced to your scope. After a short conversation we send a written quote with a fixed price, so you know the cost before any work starts. Any ongoing software fees are set out up front.

Do I have to change my accounting software?

Usually not. We work with the accounting or invoicing software you already use, and only add tools where it falls short.

Tell us what you want fixed.

A short conversation is enough to see whether this is worth doing for your business. You get a straight answer from the person who would do the work.
