Insurance agencies, advisors and lenders
Business consulting for insurance agencies and financial firms.
In an insurance agency, advisory firm or lending shop, the work runs on forms, documents and deadlines. Staff chase missing paperwork, renewals sneak up, and quotes sit without a follow-up. We work out where your firm loses the most time and business, then build the systems that fix it, with a licensed person in charge of anything that carries risk. We meet in person across northwest Houston, and by video call anywhere else.

Where it hurts today
Where do insurance and financial firms lose time and business?
In the paperwork and the follow-up: files missing a document, quotes nobody chases, renewals and reviews that come due without warning, and reports built by hand each month. The stakes are real too, because a missed step can cost more than time.
Missing documents holding up files
Applications and loan files stall while someone emails the client again for a statement or a signature.
Quotes with no follow-up
A prospect asks for a quote, gets one, and never hears from you again, so they buy somewhere else.
Renewals and reviews that sneak up
Policy renewals, annual reviews and rate changes come due, and the reminder depends on someone remembering.
The same data typed twice
Client details get keyed into a rating tool, a CRM and a spreadsheet, and each copy can drift.
Reporting and audit prep by hand
Monthly numbers and audit files get pulled together by hand, and it always takes longer than it should.
Routine client calls
Questions about payments, documents and status take staff away from selling and service.

What we can build
What can a consultant build for an insurance agency or financial firm?
Systems for the paperwork and follow-up around your work: document collection, quote follow-up, renewal and review reminders, less double entry, and simple reporting. Anything that touches a regulated decision keeps a licensed person in charge, and we build around the systems you already use where they allow it.
Complete files, sooner
A secure checklist per client that shows what is missing and sends reminders until the file is complete.
Every quote followed up
A friendly follow-up series after each quote, in your voice, so interested prospects do not drift away.
Renewals and reviews on time
Reminders to clients and staff ahead of renewals, reviews and key dates, sent without anyone having to remember.
Details entered once
Client details passed between your tools where they allow it, instead of retyped, with a person checking anything that matters.
Reports without the scramble
Routine monthly reports and audit lists pulled together from your own data, for a person to check and sign off.
Routine questions handled
Common questions about payments, documents and next steps answered in wording you approve, with anything about coverage or advice passed to a licensed person.
How an engagement works
How does working with us work?
Three steps, in order: Find, Prove, Scale. It starts with a short conversation, and each package has a fixed scope and price agreed in writing before any work starts. You own what we build for you once it is paid for.
1. Find
We map how a client moves from first call to a closed file and give you a written list of where time and business slip away, in the order to fix it.
2. Prove
We set up one fix, such as document collection or quote follow-up, and measure it on your own numbers for a few weeks. You only go further if it earns it.
3. Scale
What works is rolled out across the firm, with access and review steps set to the rules you work under, and your team is shown how to run it. Monthly Support keeps it working after that.

Common questions
Questions agency and firm owners ask us.
How much does a business consultant cost for an insurance agency?
There is no single price, because it depends on the scope. After a short conversation you get a written quote with a fixed scope and price for your agency or firm, and nothing starts until you agree to it. Most start small, with a Readiness Assessment or a Pilot Project on one problem, so the first step is a modest one.
Will this work with our agency management system or CRM?
Often, yes. Many agency management systems and CRMs let other tools connect, but not all of them do, and not in the same way. We check what yours allows before promising anything. If it cannot connect, we tell you and suggest the simplest workaround.
How do you handle client data and compliance?
We keep client data in your own systems wherever possible, collect only what each step needs, and set access and review steps to match the rules you work under. We do not give legal or compliance advice: whether a setup meets your obligations stays yours to confirm with your own advisor.
Will an automated system give coverage or financial advice?
No. It handles routine questions with answers you approve, such as how to send a document or when a payment is due. Anything about coverage, suitability or advice goes to a licensed person.
Do you work with agencies outside Houston?
Yes. We meet in person across northwest Houston, and by video call anywhere else. Most of the building happens remotely.

A short conversation is enough to see which fix is worth doing first. You get a straight answer from the person who would build it, and a written quote before anything starts.
