Contractors, builders and property firms
Business consulting for construction and real estate companies.
Construction and real estate run on estimates, schedules and paperwork. Bids take nights and weekends, crews wait on answers, change orders get lost, and invoices wait for someone to send them. We work out where your company loses the most time and money, then build the systems that fix it and stay on to support them. We meet in person across northwest Houston, and by video call anywhere else.

Where it hurts today
Where do construction and real estate companies lose time and money?
In the office work around each job or property: estimates that take too long, schedules that change by phone, paperwork chased by email, and invoices and rent that need chasing. The field work gets done. The admin is where the hours go.
Estimates and bids that eat nights
Every bid means takeoffs, supplier prices and past jobs. Slow bids lose work, and bids with no follow-up lose more.
Crews and jobs scheduled by phone
When the schedule changes, someone calls everyone, and a crew still shows up at the wrong site.
Change orders and paperwork that go missing
Change orders, permits, lien waivers and inspection notes live in emails, trucks and folders.
Invoices and draws that wait
Pay applications and invoices go out late because the paperwork behind them is scattered.
Tenant and client calls all day
Maintenance requests, showing questions and status calls come in all day, by phone and text.
Leads that go cold
A homeowner or tenant inquiry waits for a call back and goes to whoever answered first.

What we can build
What can a consultant build for a contractor or real estate company?
Systems for the office side of the work: faster estimates with follow-up, one shared schedule for crews and jobs, paperwork kept with each job, billing that goes out on time, and quick replies to leads and tenants. We build around the software you already use where it allows.
Estimates out faster, and followed up
Estimates built from your own costs and past jobs, and a follow-up on every open bid until the customer decides.
Crews and jobs in one schedule
One shared schedule, with crews told about changes right away and customers told when to expect you.
Paperwork kept with the job
Change orders, permits, photos and sign-offs stored with each job, so they are there when you bill or close out.
Invoices and draws on time
Billing that starts when a stage is signed off, with reminders on anything unpaid.
Requests handled, not lost
Maintenance and service requests logged in one place, with the tenant or client kept up to date.
Every lead answered
A fast reply to new inquiries by call, text or web form, with follow-up until each one gets an answer.
How an engagement works
How does working with us work?
Three steps, in order: Find, Prove, Scale. It starts with a short conversation, and each package has a fixed scope and price agreed in writing before any work starts. You own what we build for you once it is paid for.
1. Find
We follow a job or a property from first inquiry to final payment and give you a written list of what costs you the most, in the order to fix it.
2. Prove
We set up one fix, such as bid follow-up or crew scheduling, and measure it on your own numbers for a few weeks. You only go further if it earns it.
3. Scale
What works is rolled out across the business, connected to the tools you already use, and your team is shown how to run it. Monthly Support keeps it working after that.

Common questions
Questions contractors and property owners ask us.
How much does a business consultant cost for a small contractor?
There is no single price, because it depends on the scope. After a short conversation you get a written quote with a fixed scope and price for your company, and nothing starts until you agree to it. Most start small, with a Readiness Assessment or a Pilot Project on one problem, so the first step is a modest one.
Will this work with our estimating or project management software?
Often, yes. Many estimating, project management and property management tools let other tools connect, but not all of them do, and not in the same way. We check what yours allows before promising anything. If it cannot connect, we tell you and suggest the simplest workaround.
Can you help us follow up on bids we have sent?
Yes, that is one of the most common first fixes. Every open bid gets a friendly follow-up on a schedule you choose, and you can see which ones are still waiting on an answer.
Our crews are not big on apps. Will they use it?
We keep the field side as simple as we can, usually a text message or one tap on the phone they already carry, and we show the crew how it works. Most of the change happens in the office.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. For property managers the usual first fixes are maintenance requests, tenant questions and rent reminders. We look at how you work today before suggesting anything.

A short conversation is enough to see which fix is worth doing first. You get a straight answer from the person who would build it, and a written quote before anything starts.
